Salary: £36,547 - £41,116

Hours: 37 hours - Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Friday - 9:30am - 5pm

Main purpose and scope of the job:

The Service Manager will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of a multi-strand programme designed to improve the way domestic abuse is understood and responded to across Hampshire.

Overseeing a long-term strategy to strengthen “by and for” groups supporting minority and marginalised victims/survivors.

Managing funding processes for small community organisations and ensure fair, accessible opportunities.

Ensuring training is trauma-informed, inclusive and aligned with local safeguarding boards and countywide priorities.

Managing delivery of, and quality assure, awareness sessions in education settings across Hampshire.

Ensuring content is age-appropriate, trauma-informed and linked to national RSE and PSHE guidance.

Developing and coordinating a network of trained Domestic Abuse Champions across workplaces and communities.

Participating in the on-call out of hours service.
