Salary: £27,482 - £28,552
Hours: 37 hours - Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Friday - 9:30am - 5pm

This role will help strengthen and grow organisations and community groups that through their work could engage with and/or support, directly or indirectly, victims and survivors of domestic abuse from minority and marginalised communities.
Main purpose and scope of the job:
Working to scope, understand and map the community groups that serve Hampshire, build relationships with existing groups, identify gaps in the community network.
Supporting the development of new community services where there are gaps and make sure all work follows national guidance, safeguarding rules and local needs.
Creating and delivering a long-term plan to grow and develop “by and for” services response to victim-survivors of domestic abuse in Hampshire.
Supporting to ensure groups meet requirements such as safeguarding and good governance.
Working in communities to increase the number and strength of “by and for” services. This includes:
· Identifying community strengths and gaps in domestic abuse support.
· Helping local communities start new services where needed.
· Supporting existing organisations to expand into new areas or offer new types of support that meet the needs of the communities they serve (example: group work).
