Salary: £25,750 - £26,383

Hours: 18.75 hours - working pattern can be discussed between Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Main purpose and scope of the job:

The Domestic Abuse Key Worker will provide support to enable those using abusive behaviours to engage with Up2U: Creating Healthy Relationships Programme by proactively working to recognise and implement solution focused actions to remove barriers to engagement.

Providing advice and support to all those affected by domestic abuse (victims, perpetrators/those using unhealthy or abusive behaviours) and professionals.

Managing own case load, assessing, co-producing and delivering support to clients and their family on the basis of risk and need.

Working in partnership with voluntary and statutory sector organisations and the community and strengthen and develop links with other services to increase collaborative working and understanding of the Up2U: Creating Healthy Relationships programme.

Supporting men and women in acknowledging their unhealthy or abusive behaviours in line with the Up2U programme and Up2U resources.
