Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm & Friday: 9:30am - 5pm

Main purpose and scope of the job:
Taking full ownership of user requests and providing all 1st line IT Support, including setting up new users, maintaining IT infrastructure.
Providing high quality and timely 2nd Line IT support to all Stop Domestic Abuse employees.
Carrying out in-depth diagnoses and resolve issues either remotely or onsite.
Preparing supporting documentation to evidence compliance in critical areas including Cyber Essentials, GDPR and other relevant frameworks.
Troubleshooting and providing support with the analyses and enhancement of existing VOIP auto attendant and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) workflows, optimising call routing, menu structures, and scheduling to improve efficiency, caller experience, and system performance across Stop Domestic Abuse’s helplines.
Managing back-office interface of charity’s website with needs of both the Operations and Business Teams.
Ensuring the confidentiality of client information is maintained, in accordance with Stop Domestic Abuse’s Confidentiality Policy.
