Salary: £31,978 - £36,547

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm)

Main purpose and scope of the job:

Providing support to the Service Manager in managing all aspects of Stop Domestic Abuse’s Services and Projects including delivery of contracted services, liaison with sub-contractors/partners, completion of monitoring and evaluation and identification unmet/additional needs of clients.

Managing services that provide support, advice and assistance to women, children, young people and men who have experienced domestic abuse and are using community outreach, health advocacy and target hardening services.

Monitoring the effectiveness of the service and maintain quality of support, through quarterly KPI’s and data analysis.

Providing training, quality assurance, support and guidance to colleagues (including managers and frontline workers delivering services in Southampton).

To participate in the on-call out of hours service rota. This is a 24-hour, 7 day a week service running outside of usual service hours.  The on-call out of hours service may involve the following duties and responsibilities; this is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change to ensure contract and service delivery requirements are met by the organisation and to provide a high-quality service to people affected by domestic abuse.
