Salary: £31,978 - £36,547

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm & Friday: 9:30am - 5pm

To provide support to the Service Manager in managing all aspects of Stop Domestic Abuse’s Children and Young People’s Community-based services in Hampshire, including delivery of contracted services, liaison with sub-contractors/partners, completion of monitoring and evaluation and identification unmet/additional needs of clients.

To contribute to the development and co-ordination all aspects of Stop Domestic Abuse’s Outreach Service for Children and Young People.  This include:

Innovative interventions with children and young people including safety planning, domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, healthy relationships, self-esteem etc by providing groupwork, workshops and one-to-one services.

To provide training, quality assurance, support and guidance to colleagues (including managers and frontline workers delivering Children and Young People’s Services in Portsmouth and Southampton).

The role involves being a member of the Stop Domestic Abuse operational management team.

The post-holder will work to empower and support women, children, young people and men affected by domestic abuse and will work closely with perpetrator services

To participate in the delivery of the on-call out of hours service on a rota basis.
