Stop Domestic Abuse is a trauma informed organisation, the work we do to support those effected by domestic abuse may be triggering for those with past trauma.

As part of the Housing Management Team, provide efficient and effective caretaking support across Stop Domestic Abuse including; ensuring security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards

To carry out repairs, improve and provide maintenance support with a broad range of craftsmanship and practical skills throughout the schemes and across all accommodation sites.  The work can range from simple building maintenance to cyclical repairs, painting, and gardening.

Ensure Health and Safety compliance across all provisions.

Salary: £24,969.60 per annum

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week, minimum of 20 hours per week

Location:  This role will cover all areas in which Stop Domestic Abuse rent, lease or own property including refuge, dispersed accommodation and office accommodation. Stop Domestic Abuse currently provide services in Hampshire including Portsmouth and Southampton.
