Salary: £25,696 - £26,840

Hours: 37 (Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm & Friday: 9:30am - 5pm)

Main purpose and scope of the job:
Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, including placing adverts, monitoring applications, obtaining references, arranging interviews and undertaking pre-employment checks as well as contributing to the new starter experience for new colleagues.
Generate letters and relevant paperwork relating to HR administration which are accurate and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
Provide full administrative support to the Head of People in relation to Employee Relation cases, including preparing packs, arranging meetings and rooms and minute taking.
