Salary: £31,978-£36,547

Location: Havant, Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth

Hours: 37 (Monday-9.30am-5.30pm & Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm)

Main purpose and scope of the job:

Stop Domestic Abuse is an innovative provider of services to all those affected by domestic abuse.  As well as working to protect, support and empower victims and survivors to live a life free of domestic abuse, we also support those who recognise and want to change their abusive behaviour to do so through therapeutic intervention. Stop Domestic Abuse have been involved in behaviour change interventions since 2015 and have been delivering interventions since 2017. Our interventions support service users to recognise and manage emotions and thoughts, develop healthier relationships and develop skills to manage difficult situations in order to keep victims and children safe.

 

This is an opportunity to lead and develop a team providing domestic abuse support and behaviour change intervention. You will manage, develop and co-ordinate aspects of the behaviour change services at Stop Domestic Abuse and line manage a specialist team.

You will also support in the monitoring of data and outcomes of the team, identifying and managing any operational risks and ensuring that targets are met.

 

You will work closely with the Service Manager and behaviour change team to develop and maintain a safe, high-quality professional service to service users and ensure service users are empowered to make positive changes.
