Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Main purpose and scope of the job:
To provide a high quality support service to clients and professionals in the Southampton area. This will include taking referrals, contacting clients and identifying risk and needs and uploading information to our secure case management system. You will provide safety advice and emotional support over the phone. This will include referrals for adult victims and survivors, children and people using abusive behaviours.
Workers should be “free from abuse in their own lives.” Applicants are asked not to put themselves forward for selection if this is not the case.
