Salary: £27,720.54 - £28,928.28
Location - Basingstoke, East Hampshire, Hart & Rushmoor
Hours: 37 hours per week . The Hampshire Service is staffed 9.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 5.00pm on Friday.

Main purpose and scope of the job:
To provide a high-quality and pro-active front-line service to victims of stalking; delivering a pathway of care focusing on safety and protection to those experiencing stalking
Focus on and prioritise high-risk stalking cases and provide a pro-active intervention through individual safety planning, multi-agency risk management strategies and person-centred support.
In addition to providing a frontline service the post-holder will promote the service within Stop Domestic Abuse and provide training, case advice and Team Around The Worker support internally to Stop Domestic Abuse colleagues and externally to others working in domestic abuse organisations across Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and Isle of Wight.
Ensure that good practice and a thorough understanding of tactics, behaviours, risk, and motivations of perpetrators using stalking behaviours are embedded within the workplace environment and the implementation of a robust risk management strategy.
The post-holder will work to empower and support all victims and survivors of stalking to make positive choices.
