Main purpose and scope of the job:

The Adolescent to Parent Abuse Lead is a key member of the team, working to support children and young people displaying unhealthy and abusive behaviours.

The work will focus on preventing and breaking the cycle of domestic abuse by providing one to one support and delivering preventative groupwork for children and young people in the community.

The Hampshire Service is staffed 9.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am- 5pm Fridays. Staff will provide on call services to deal with emergencies and refuge referrals.  

It is essential that the postholder has a driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as this role covers multiple sites across Hampshire.
