Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm

Main purpose and scope of the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to support victims and survivors of domestic abuse with complex and multiple needs who, through their own experience of abuse, display unhealthy relationship attitudes and behaviours. This will be achieved by delivering a behaviour change intervention (Up2U) which is an innovative programme which seeks to prevent the cycle of abuse.
This role will deliver Up2U: My Choice to victims and survivors in the Havant and East Hants area to explore relationship dynamics (intimate, friendships, with children/other family members and professionals), to recognise and manage emotions and thoughts and to develop skills to manage difficult situations. You will empower all victims and survivors to make positive choices and improve self-confidence and self-worth.
Given this post covers two areas, there will be travelling involved. You will be responsible for managing your calendar and travel times within this post.
It is essential that the postholder has a driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as these roles cover multiple sites.
