Location - Covering Pan-Hampshire area, base can be negotiated
Hours: 37 hours per week, Flexibility is required to attend events in the evenings and at the weekends.

The Stop Domestic Abuse Training and Organisational Development Manager will create, develop and implement Stop Domestic Abuse’s internal and external training. You will play a key part in the training of new staff members as part of their induction to the organisation as well as refresher training for existing staff including 1:1 intensive training. You will create, develop, promote and provide a wide range of training courses for external organisations and professional partners within the community, generating an income for the organisation. MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging training programmes for new recruits and existing employees, ensuring materials are relevant and up to date with new data and in line with revised laws and government initiatives around domestic abuse.
Actively identify specific learning techniques for individuals and adjust the training activities to suit those required, ensuring a variety for diverse groups.
Implement and maintain staff training records. Ensure all staff have completed and are up to date with training that is relevant to their individual job role.
Implement and take personal responsibility to gather feedback from training sessions that can be monitored and analysed, which can be used for reporting and for continual improvements to the training packages.
Liaise with external partnerships and organisations to promote and deliver external training packages that acts as an income generator for the organisation and promote the mission and objectives of the organisation.
In liaison with multi agency partnerships, develop solid relationships and participate in awareness campaigns at training events and open days.
It is essential that the postholder has a full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as this role covers all Stop Domestic Abuse’s operating areas and travel across these areas will be necessary.
