Operations Manager (Maternity Cover) *Female - STOPDA 481

Salary: £44,762 - £49,025
Location - Havant
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract : Fixed Term - up to 12 months or until the substantive post holder returns from maternity leave
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
The Operations Manager will assume operational management responsibility for all aspects of Stop Domestic Abuse’s services including delivery of services, completion of monitoring and evaluation and identification of unmet/additional needs of clients. The postholder will lead, motivate and line manage a team of managers to provide high-quality and person-centred services to all those affected by domestic abuse.
The Operations Manager will ensure that standards for delivery of services are monitored and evaluated to meet contractual, practice and quality requirements; taking action to address any services that are failing to meet these standards.
It is essential that the postholder has a full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as this role covers all Stop Domestic Abuse’s operating areas and travel across these areas will be necessary.
