With over 40 years’ experience supporting those effected by domestic abuse, we want to share our lived and professional experience with our community and fellow organisations to raise awareness on domestic abuse, it’s impacts and barriers for victim-survivors and children who need to access safe and non-judgemental support.

We are passionate about empowering our community in the recognition of domestic abuse in all its forms including Coercive control, stalking, sexual abuse, suicide intervention, harmful cultural practices and more. We also want to build confidence within our community so when you recognise abuse, you feel secure in next steps and safeguarding processes. We want to encourage safe engagement with those around you who are experiencing domestic abuse, so they can access the services and support that they all deserve.

As trained educators – we believe in providing choice and variety. We want you to attend training that will have a long lasting and positive impact, equipping you with the tools and skills needed to safely challenge domestic abuse in all its forms and provide equalities based and diverse support and sign posting to those you support.

Our training is underpinned by current legislation and the voices of survivors and children that our organisation has supported over our 40+ years of service.

“Really helpful and insightful training in relation to recognising abusive behaviours and how to support and signpost someone disclosing abusive behaviours. I will definitely take the learning from today back to the surgery.”
