Sarah is an experienced NHS leader with a vast array of front-line operational leadership, strategic planning, and commissioning experience not only within the Hampshire and IOW system but also experience within the national NHS England strategy team.   

Sarah is currently the Operational Director for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sexual Health and HIV Service, which incorporates the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).   She is passionate about reducing inequalities, improving health outcomes, and ensuring the voice for vulnerable communities is heard.   

Sarah is a member of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Women’s Health Board and is an Organisational Champion for Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence prevention.
