Gill has worked in Children’s Social Work both in frontline and educational roles. She has worked as a senior manager in Higher Education and also has experience in Governance and Quality Assurance within Schools and Higher Education.

She has been involved with domestic abuse charities for many years and is committed to holistic approaches to empowering women and children.
