Freia is an experienced Communications and Marketing specialist having worked in the charity, public sector, NHS and education for over 20 years.

Freia is also a qualified primary school teacher and has also worked as Head of Strategic Communications for a specialist education charity and currently Senior Fundraising Manager.   As a single parent with two nearly teenage boys, particular areas of interest include understanding toxic masculinity and how we support our young people to have healthy relationships and attitudes.

Freia is a feminist and was previously an Officer for the Basingstoke branch of the Women’s Equality Party and is passionate about women’s rights and fighting for equality, equity and fairness, supporting opportunity, empowerment and championing the betterment of women everywhere.
