Working Hours: 22 hrs

Salary: from £30,000 pro rata

To provide comprehensive financial management support to CEO and Trustee board enabling them to make informed financial decisions.  To prepare, analyse and interpret monthly financial reports; highlighting any variance to agreed budgets.  To play an active part in the organisation’s management team.


1.    To provide the organisation with clear, effective and efficient financial management information.

2.    To provide sound financial advice to Trustees, the CEO and other senior management, acting as the lead interface between management and trustees on financial matters.

3.    To oversee and undertake the finance function of the organisation.

4.    Statutory financial reporting for audit, in line with SORP regulations
