Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week. 

Salary: £15,811- £21,284 dependent on qualifications and experience

(£26,000-£35,000 Full Time Equivalent)

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will develop and implement Stop Domestic Abuse’s internal quality assurance and compliance procedures.

Experience within social care is essential as well as experience working within quality assurance.

The primary objective of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager is to provide insight on our delivery of services and formulate recommendations and improvements to drive business performance. You will achieve this through developing and implementing a programme of continual quality assurance procedures, self-assessment, reporting and quality improvement planning.

  • To develop and implement a quality assurance and compliance framework including policies and procedures.

  • To ensure that the service being delivered is compliant with legal and contractual requirements.

  • To assist in the continuing improvement and high compliance levels of the services we provide.

  • To monitor compliance of each service with the Deputy Service Manager/Service Manager to ensure contractual and regulatory expectations are met.

  • To propose, prepare and complete actions to ensure compliance issues are rectified in a timely manner.

  • To be responsible for the quality and compliance of all existing services

  • Willing to travel across Hampshire and Portsmouth
