Main purpose and scope of the job:

This is an exciting role in an ambitious and growing charity that supports all people affected by domestic abuse.

ATo support the Head of People with the provision of consistent and reliable Human Resources support in relation to policies and practices and with the practical application of employment law.

Actively engage with managers to bring employee relation issues to resolution and proactively monitor trends and themes across the organisation

Play a key part in the employee lifecycle with emphasis on recruitment processes, attraction and retention.
